“What sets How to be Neurodivergent apart is the focus on late-diagnosed adults. So many resources out there feel geared toward kids, but this blog has helped me navigate the world in a way that finally makes sense.”

ABOUT ME

The creator of howtobeneurodivergent.com: Heather Tinker

Hello! I'm Heather,
a late-identified
Autistic ADHDer
and mother of six.

I received my diagnosis at 40 years old.

The follow-up appointment consisted

of a handful of book recommendations

and a deficits based report written

in the language of the DSM.

Nothing magically changed for me, yet

everything was suddenly different.

 And I had no idea

how to move on with my life.

Questions?

Please feel free to contact me through mail, email, or social media.  I will do my best to answer any questions you have regarding our mission and services!
